  1. The confirmation of your package is subject to room availability.
  2. A surcharge of RM60 nett per room per night is applicable on Saturdays, the eve of public holidays and on public holidays.
  3. Refunds will not be issued if the package is cancelled or unutilised.
  4. The Front Office will issue all entitlements upon check-in.
  5. For sunset cruise, kayak, and bicycle ride experiences, guests must register at our Reception upon check-in for the next available slot.
  6. The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
